Put a couple of teaspoons of vegetable oil of any kind (coconut oil, sunflower seed oil, pumpkin seed oil, sesame seed oil, olive oil, flaxseed oil)  in your mouth. Then  swish it around for 15 to 20 minutes. It should become thicker and milky, even creamy white when you spit it out.  After this spit it out  and wash your mouth with clean water. In the end you can brush your teeth as usual.

If you want  the best results, you need to do the procedure in the morning . It should be the first thing you do, right after waking up.  Do it on an empty stomach, or you can do it in the evening before you go to bed.
